1) Start with cold water (filtered or spring water are recommended) and bring the water to a boil (212°F).
2) Gently place 1 flowering tea in your ONO glass teapot.
3) Pour boiling hot water over the bulb.
4) Sit back and watch the tea bloom. Usually 3-6 minutes.
5) Once it reaches full bloom, you can enjoy your delicious cup of tea.

Tip #2: ONO Flowering teas are tied very tightly, so make sure that water is at a full boil in order to create a full bloom.
