"What does ONO mean?"

ONO (OH-no) is an actual Hawaiian word meaning delicious. Definition: scrumptious; tasty; delicious. ONO is the one word that summarizes our philosophy.

"How do I place an order?"

To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply click on its price on its individual product page under "add to cart." You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate' button. To remove an item, simply set its quantity to zero. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button.

"Is it safe shopping online?"

We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server. And we will not release an iota of this information to any third party.

"What are your payment options?"

We happily accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as it has a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express symbol on it.

"What are your shipping rates?"

All orders received on a business day by 3pm EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will go out the next business day.

Our US shipping prices are very reasonable: Ground rate is $5 flat.

"I don't like ordering online. Can I order by phone or pay by check/money order?"

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept order via check or money order.

"Is there any sales tax?"

There is no sales tax on tea. Tea ware items are subject to 6% sales tax for the residents of Michigan only, as we ship from Novi, Michigan.

"How do I return an order?"

We want you to be happy with all the items you ordered, and will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 30 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep, with the exception of opened teas. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted items back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: If you return your product for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with refund or "store credit" for these items less a 35% restock fee. No refund will be made for shipping charges.
